Job Summary:

AplusA Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidates will have up to 4 years of experience in lead generation, nurturing prospects, closing deals, and managing accounts, with a specific focus on SAP Net New Accounts for Licensing, SAP Implementation, SAP S/4 HANA migration, and managed services of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Key Responsibilities:

JD for EXECUTIVE:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities via research, networking, and outbound outreach.
  • Engage prospects to understand business needs and position ERP/SAP solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute lead generation campaigns and follow up on inbound leads.
  • Schedule discovery calls, demos, and meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and meetings.
  • Share market insights and customer feedback to refine sales strategies

Required Candidate profile:

  • 13 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation—preferably in ERP/SAP.
  • Understanding of ERP concepts and familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business One, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet lead generation and sales targets.
  • Ability to map business processes to ERP functionalities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and MS Office.
