Job Title: Tele caller – Car Loan Sales

Department: Auto Loans – Telesales

Location: [Mumbai Bhandup West]

Reports To: Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote car loan products.
  • Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements clearly and accurately.
  • Follow up with leads, prospects, and pending loan applications to drive conversions.
  • Schedule appointments with field sales representatives or branch personnel if required.
  • Maintain a daily calling log and update CRM systems with accurate customer details and call outcomes.
  • Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions or escalate as needed.
  • Work closely with the loan processing and field sales teams to ensure smooth application flow.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass or a Graduate in any discipline.
  • 0–2 years of experience in tele calling, telesales, or banking sales (freshers with good communication skills may apply).
  • Knowledge of car loan products and banking processes is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
  • Good listening skills and ability to handle objections. Fluency in [Local Language] and Hindi/English as per the region.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of calls made per day.
  • Lead conversion rate.
  • Appointments booked for field sales or loan processing.
  • Number of loan applications initiated and processed.
  • Customer satisfaction score (CSAT). Call quality and adherence to scripts/compliance.

Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation:

Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives

Salary: 1.50 LPA to 3 LPA
