Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards.

Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) efforts for process or product non-conformities.

Conduct internal process audits, product inspections, and supplier quality assessments.

Monitor and analyze quality data (e.g., defect rates, customer complaints, audit findings) and generate regular reports.

Collaborate with production, design, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Participate in new product development and provide quality input during design reviews, FMEAs, and validation processes.

Support continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as 8D, 5 Why, FMEA, and Six Sigma.

Train operators and junior staff on quality procedures and standards.

Assist in preparing documentation for customer audits, certifications, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).

3–6 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance/Control.

Knowledge of QMS standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF

Experience with quality tools: 7 QC Tools, CAPA, 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, etc.

Exposure to customer and supplier quality management.

Proficiency in MS Office and quality software/tools (e.g., Minitab, SAP QM module).
