Job Description

  • Weekly reporting or Orders & Sales -Actuals
  • Prepare Overdue forecast considering cash collections forecast
  • Bi-weekly forecast of Orders and sales
  • Prepare and submit Flash Estimates – month end week- day 1
  • YTD Actuals submission - month end week- day 2
  • Arrear analysis and reporting
  • Monthly PL variance analysis – commentary pack
  • Monthly sales variance analysis
  • Overdue receivables commentary report
  • SR1/SR2 rolling forecasts (monthly)
  • Reporting of SR1/SR2 actuals
  • FX gain/loss analysis (unrealized vs realized) – monthly
  • Assist Country General Manager on preparation of annual budgets, presentation packs, followed by quarterly rolling forecasts
  • Assist in statutory audit, cost audit, transfer price audit, tax audit, internal audit
  • Adherence to ICE control environment
  • Update Diligent High bond control execution
  • Preparation of monthly PL and BS
  • Monthly reporting in TM 1
  • Timely preparation of Causal report / commentary pack
  • Review PL expenses, report to Cost Centre Managers
  • Credit control review activities
  • Debtors Ageing report
  • Regular reporting on orders, sales, product line margin, actual Vs. budget variance analysis, forecasting
  • Support implementation of internal controls and statutory audit
  • SR1/SR2 report
  • Diligent High bond controls execution

Qualifications

  • BCom / MBA and with minimum 10 years of experience in financial analysis, management accounting and good excel knowledge
  • People Skills – coordinating with functional teams

  • Forecasting
