Role overview:

We are looking for a driven and experienced Business development executive who can generate new business, build strong relationships, and expand our market reach in the tensile and architectural solutions space. The ideal candidate will have prior experience dealing with architects, project consultants, developers, and clients from industries such as tensile and architectural solutions space, faade, tiles, glass, sanitaryware, PEB, etc.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities in the target market through research and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, and consultants
  • Approach clients from related industries such as faades, tiles, glass, sanitaryware, PEB structures to offer our design & engineering solutions
  • Develop a healthy sales pipeline through cold calling, site visits, exhibitions, and reference networks
  • Present technical proposals and collaborate with the design team for customized client solutions
  • Maintain a database of key contacts, industry trends, and upcoming projects
  • Track and report sales metrics, market feedback, and competitor activity regularly
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth

Candidate profile:

  • 4-6 years of experience in business development or B2B sales
  • Prior exposure to industries like faades, tiles, glass, sanitaryware, PEB, or similar building material domains
  • Strong network of architects, contractors, and project developers
  • Proficient in research and lead generation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and result-driven with a hands-on approach
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad

Preferred qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline (engineering/architecture background is a plus)
  • Experience in selling design-based or customized architectural products will be an advantage
