We are looking for a dynamic, people-oriented, and organized professional to manage the daily operations of our coworking space and foster a vibrant community of entrepreneurs, freelancers, startups, and businesses. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth facility management, create an engaging member experience, and drive occupancy by building meaningful relationships with our members.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Administration
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the coworking space, including front desk management, housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure all facilities, amenities, and services are functioning efficiently (internet, utilities, meeting rooms, common areas, etc.).
- Handle billing, invoicing, collections, and basic financial reporting.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement.
Community & Member Engagement
- Be the first point of contact for members and guests, providing a warm and professional experience.
- Organize networking events, workshops, and community activities to foster collaboration.
- Build strong relationships with members to understand their needs and improve retention.
- Create and manage digital communication channels (WhatsApp groups, newsletters, social media updates).
Sales & Business Support
- Assist in space tours, onboarding new members, and explaining membership plans.
- Work with the sales/marketing team to convert leads and increase occupancy.
- Support members with requests, meeting room bookings, and concierge-level services.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in coworking, hospitality, customer service, or office administration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English proficiency a must).
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
