Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong background in executing large-scale industrial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards. The candidate must have extensive experience in Project Management and a proven track record of managing complex engineering projects from concept to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for industrial projects (greenfield/brownfield).
  • Prepare and review project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and quality, etc.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and control project progress through regular reporting and performance analysis.
  • Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead project review meetings and drive issue resolution proactively.
  • Ensure timely delivery and project handover to operations or client.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, industrial layouts, and utility systems.
  • Hands-on experience in project execution across sectors such as manufacturing, process plants, or heavy engineering.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Excel).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
