Risk Policy & Analytics Manager – BL & Working capital

Job Responsibilities
  1. Understanding of Unsecured SME Business (Business loans) with ability to create program, automation/parameterization using digitized data from diff sources
  2. Credit Risk Analytics - Analyze and derive insights from the reported data for sharing with Risk, Credit and Business teams
  3. Ensure reliability, integrity and consistency of reported and underlying data
  1. Conceptualizing & formulating risk strategies & policies for BL and preferably for working capital
  1. Portfolio Risk Management exposure of Business loans
  1. Ability to support building score cards with Analytics teams
  1. Designing and implementation of Business rule engine enabling real time decisions
  1. Data Analysis and Credit Policy Implementation
  1. Credit Risk Reporting - Preparing and submitting reports to the regulator and / or senior management on a periodic and adhoc basis
  1. Data Management - Ability to work with (gather, consolidate, prepare, summarize) large data sets on a routine basis with an eye for detail and flair for numbers

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Skills/Knowledge prerequisites

For fresh CA:

  1. SaS/SQL/R/Tabeleau skillset preferred for portfolio analysis including score card validations, multivariate portfolio & customer segmentation,
  2. Above average to Advanced excel skills
  3. Understanding of financials, ratios, cash flows
  1. Experience in projects involving automation / data consolidation in the areas of risk or financial reporting would be an advantage
Educational Qualifications CA (including Fresh)/MBA or Statistics / Econometrics background Experience Profile

For Fresh CA – not required

For others:

3 and 7 years of experience in a Bank/leading NBFC /Fintech in the areas of unsecured SME Risk analytics, credit monitoring, risk reporting

Personality Traits

Must have high levels of analytical skills and strong communication skills.

Able to work with cross functional teams on various projects/risk related deliveries
