Role & responsibilities

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Existing Portfolio management

  • Assisting Risk manager in ensuring that portfolio performance is within the set benchmarks. Making policy corrections wherever warranted and track impact of policy changes against the expected impact.
  • Preparing detailed requirement document for BRE configurations (including rules, deviations and list of variables required for BRE). Engaging with development team to give detailed understanding and conduct UAT to ensure correct implementation.
  • Assisting risk manager in maintaining credit policy documents draft policy documents, initiate and follow up for approvals, ensure timely renewal, maintain repository.

Support business growth:

  • Partnerships: Assist risk manager in evaluating prospective partners for various risks pre-onboarding ,and prepare a detailed partner assessment. For active partners, conducting periodic partner assessment.
  • Supporting growth in digital direct sourcing by assisting in introduction of new programs and straight through decisioning.

Control & Governance:

  • Conducting monthly risk governance calls with partners to discuss the portfolio performance and operational aspects
  • Ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal governance framework and hand-sighting,reporting to the risk manager.
