Sales Executive

A Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. They act as the link between the company and its customers, providing excellent service while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Present and promote products/services to potential customers through meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build brand awareness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
