Admission Counselor

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding UPSC GUIDE courses and programs.
- Convert leads into admissions by clearly explaining course offerings, features, and benefits.
- Counsel students and parents to help them select the right program based on their goals.
- Follow up with potential students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails until admission closure.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the academic and mentorship team to schedule demos, counselling sessions, and centre visits.
- Assist in on-ground admission activities, seminars, and promotional events at the Pune Centre.
- Achieve monthly admission targets with a student-centric approach.
- Provide accurate information about UPSC syllabus, stages, and preparation roadmap (training will be provided if required).
- Ensure students have a smooth onboarding and post-admission experience.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (Education domain experience preferred).
- Prior experience in counselling, tele-counselling, or admissions is an advantage.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of UPSC / competitive exams (or willingness to learn).
- Good command over Google Sheets, CRM, and follow-up tracking.
- Positive attitude, patience, and student-friendly behaviour.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
