We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Professional to manage and enhance the online presence of our group of schools. The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns that promote the school's brand, drive admissions, and engage parents and students effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for brand awareness, student admissions, and reputation building.
  • Manage the school's official website, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), and digital campaigns.
  • Plan, create, and post engaging content (graphics, videos, blogs, reels, newsletters).
  • Handle SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and social media paid campaigns to maximize outreach.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to showcase school achievements, events, and student success stories.
  • Manage online reviews, feedback, and reputation across digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with creative/design agencies for branding and campaign development.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends in education marketing.
  • Generate regular reports on ROI and digital performance to the management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in digital marketing, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Social Media Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, video editing software).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Tamil preferred).
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
