Salary:

  • 12–17 Months Exp: ₹3,85,000 PA
  • 18–23 Months Exp: ₹4,10,000 PA
  • 24+ Months Exp: ₹4,33,000 PA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via live chat professionally & promptly
  • Provide accurate product/service info to help customers decide
  • Maintain records in CRM system
  • Achieve targets on response time & customer satisfaction

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24, ₹34,171.52 per month
