Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong knowledge of HVAC products, applications, and industry trends

  • Generate new sales opportunities through networking and lead follow-up

  • Understand customer needs and requirements to provide solutions that address their specific application

  • Prepare concept design of the HVAC&R system like VRF, Ducted, Chilled water and cold storage systems with the help of the design team

  • Prepare cost estimates and proposals for potential projects

  • Negotiate pricing and terms with customers while maintaining profitability for the company

  • Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

  • Attend trade shows and other events to promote the company's products and services

  • Provide input on product development and enhancements based on market feedback

  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials such as brochures and website content

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor of Engineering degree with 1-2 years of experience

  • Fundamental knowledge of HVAC engineering (optional not mandatory)

  • AutoCad drawing basics

  • MS office, specifically MS excel

  • Good communication skills and team work
