Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our NutriPharm team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health, fitness, and nutrition, and the ability to guide customers in choosing the right supplements for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Understand customer goals and recommend suitable supplement products.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all NutriPharm products and promotions.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Manage billing, stock, and POS operations efficiently.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and product displays.
  • Handle customer queries and ensure excellent service.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in retail or supplement sales preferred.
  • Basic understanding of fitness, nutrition, or sports supplements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, energetic, and sales-driven personality.
  • Minimum education: 12th pass (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Must be willing to work weekends or flexible shifts if required.
