Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Wafer Slicing Process Engineering team, overseeing all aspects of Wafer Slicing manufacturing processes.
- Develop and optimize slicing processes to improve yield, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to implement new technologies and process improvements.
- Monitor and analyze process data, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all slicing manufacturing processes.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve process issues and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Implement and oversee process validation and qualification activities.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Required Technical Experience - Design, implement and optimize industrial processes in the manufacturing setup. Focus more on the mathematical and physical aspects of production.
