(Network Desktop Support)

Job Summary

We are looking for an Infrastructure administrator to join our team in India. The successful candidate will provide technical support to end-users, ensuring efficient resolution of desktop-related issues. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to work with multiple technologies and grow within the company.

Key tasks include:

  • Respond to JIRA help desk tickets and provide timely technical support to end-users in person, Teams, or via remote tools.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and productivity software (Microsoft Office, Developer Tools
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates and patches
  • Set up and deploy new Laptops/Desktops, ensuring proper hardware and software installation.
  • Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights via Active Directory
  • Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets, including tracking and disposal.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 3yrs experience of Desktop/Network support with strong technical, analytical, interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills.
