Today, we're bringing it back.

And we're looking for the one person who sees opportunity where others see ruins.

We're now looking for a relentless operator, a build-from-scratch CEO-co-founder who will ignite the phoenix rise, rebuild the platform and deliver exponential growth.

Location:
 Mumbai – full-time, fully remote

Why this matters:
 You will own everything: strategy, operations, product, growth, partnerships, monetisation, content, UX and community. This is a high-responsibility, high-autonomy role — not for the faint of heart.

What you will own

• Define and drive the vision: reposition ManagementPedia as the go-to global hub for management students, domain writers, trainers and educational thought-leaders.
• Build and lead the team: hire heads of product, growth, content, partnerships; define culture, metrics, accountability.
• Re-architect the platform (web & mobile): partner with tech/engineering, shift product-market fit, build community-first features.
• Growth & monetisation: design and execute a go-to-market strategy — re-activate legacy users, acquire new students, writers, trainers; launch revenue lines (subscriptions, courses, certifications, mentorship, commerce).
• Content & community ecosystem: curate and drive engagement of writers and trainers; build debates, peer forums, mentorship marketplace.
• Partnerships & alliances: B-schools, corporates, ed-tech players globally; champion new collaborations and brand-building.
• Data-driven leadership: use deep analytics, user behaviour metrics, cohort tracking, retention loops; continuously optimise.
• P&L ownership: you will be accountable for revenue targets, cost management, growth KPIs, and operational efficiency.

You are a fit if you…

• Have 
  operator DNA
  : you've built and scaled a platform, marketplace or community-driven business (or you're hungry to).
• Possess 
  strong analytical capability
  : you make decisions backed by data, you understand funnel, retention, LTV, ARPU, churn etc.
• Excel in 
  sales & marketing
  : you've sold to educational institutions, or B2B2C, you can pivot to growth-hacking, strategic outreach and performance channels.
• Think like a 
  product leader
  : you can define roadmap, prioritise ruthlessly, partner with engineering to deliver fast, iterate quickly.
• Have a 
  content / education / community mindset
  : you understand content ecosystems, how users interact, how to build trust and engagement in a niche community.
• Possess the 
  entrepreneurial fire
  : you're comfortable with high ambiguity, long hours, modest pay today for massive upside tomorrow.
• Preferably: have experience in ed-tech, content platforms, marketplaces or user-generated communities.
