We're looking for a Co-founder (Operations Head) at The B Funda, Someone who's ready to go all in and help scale a fast-growing, content-first digital marketing agency.

At The B Funda, we create brands that stand out with strategy-led storytelling, reels that convert, and marketing that actually moves the needle. We currently work with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and lifestyle brands across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Pune and we're now ready to scale.

What we're looking for:

  • Someone with 4–5+ years of agency experience in operations, client management, or project delivery.

  • A strong understanding of how to manage multiple brands, content calendars, and creative teams.

  • Ability to drive revenue growth, streamline workflows, and take ownership like a true partner.

  • Someone who thrives in chaos, solves problems before they happen, and believes in building something meaningful from the ground up.

Your role will include:

  • Managing day-to-day operations and creative output for all active brands.

  • Leading team check-ins, project pipelines, and client communication.

  • Building internal systems for scaling — from onboarding to execution.

  • Working directly with the founder to plan growth, partnerships, and business expansion.
