Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic professional for a full-time, on-site Founder's Office role based in Mumbai. The role will involve working closely with the founder and senior leadership to strategize and execute business priorities. Responsibilities include project management, market research, drafting presentations, analyzing operational efficiency, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely execution of tasks. This multifaceted role presents the opportunity to contribute to the company's growth while gaining insights into strategic decision-making and company operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent market research and analytical skills to derive meaningful insights and create actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; experience in creating presentations and drafting reports is a plus.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms; familiarity with marketing concepts and strategic planning is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
  • Past experience in a similar role or working directly with leadership teams is highly desirable.
