Now, we're looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into visuals that stand out, elevate brand storytelling, and push the boundaries of design across digital and traditional platforms.

We're looking for a Technical Digital Marketer who can set up, run, and optimize paid campaigns—especially on *Meta Ads*—while making sure all tracking and reporting works perfectly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns on *Meta Ads, **Google Ads*, and other key platforms.
  • Set up and maintain *pixels, **conversion API*, custom events, and UTM tracking.
  • Monitor budgets and performance daily; optimize ads for best ROI.
  • Create clear weekly reports and share insights with the team and clients.
  • Work with designers and copywriters to match creatives with campaign goals.
  • Troubleshoot tracking or campaign issues quickly.

Preferred Background:

  • 2–4 years of proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop (Cinema 4D/Blender knowledge is a plus).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and video editing work.
  • Ability to understand briefs, communicate ideas, and translate them into compelling visuals.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
