Job Overview

Milestone Technologies is seeking a detailed oriented Compliance Manager to collaborate with the client and management team to deliver the best-in-class service. In this role, you will be tasked with recommending improvements and processes and identifying areas of service enhancements.

How You Make An Impact:

  • Manage and collect the service SLA's/KPI's as required by the MSOW and or required by the customer
  • Manage KPI scorecard and CSAT processing (to include but not limited to)
  • Client participation validation
  • Collection, correlate, and report results
  • Identify, report, and track improvement areas
  • Manage incentive client approval process, eligibility, processing, and disbursement
  • Manage PO lifecycle (to include but not limited to)
  • Assisting in exhibit creation
  • Report site consumption (burn rate)
  • Expense validation and process consistency (Infrastructure supply Chain and Engineering Manager)
  • Monthly validation of timecard vs site invoice hours billed
  • Report on actuals vs forecast monthly by site
  • Confirm staffing changes are forecasted and approved
  • Report on Development Program reporting (attrition, service impact)
  • Compliance and Risk Management (to include but not limited to)
  • Manage and report on:
  • Client required training and compliance
  • Site security access
  • Intern service structure accuracy
  • Ability to identify, access, and mitigate financial risks
  • Investigating financial irregularities and breaches
  • Implementing corrective actions and remediation plans
  • Delivering compliance training to staff
  • Promoting a culture of compliance within the organization
  • Designing, implementing, and monitoring internal controls over financial reporting
  • Conducting audits and reviews to ensure compliance
  • Provisioning processing
  • Deprovisioning and access offboarding
  • Managing vendor data accuracy (PI, site assignment, contact…)
  • Any other requirements deemed necessary by the client Project Manager and or Infrastructure supply Chain and Engineering Manager.

What You Need To Succeed:

  • Minimum 2 years of office experience
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Attention to Detail - Ability to spot inconsistencies and errors in documents and processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret regulations and policies
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills for reporting, training, and policy explanation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrates integrity and a commitment to ethical standards
  • Technical Skills:
  • Basic understanding of compliance concepts (e.g., data privacy, anti-money laundering, internal controls).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to learn compliance management software or tools
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Eagerness to Learn: Willingness to develop expertise in compliance and regulations
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
  • Adaptability: Comfortable with change and learning new processes
