Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Manager located in Odisha, India. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding a designated territory, ensuring the growth ofgold loans and business loans. Daily tasks include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

  • Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
  • Financial Acumen and Knowledge of Loan Products
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
