We are looking for a proactive and creative
Performance Marketer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing, including digital campaigns, influencer marketing, content creation, social media management, and brand communications. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across channels (social media, email, paid ads, SEO/SEM, etc.).
  • Plan, execute, and monitor - Google ads,Meta ads,Reddit ads ,LinkedIn Ads
  • Manage and grow the company's presence across social media platforms and LLM's
  • Drive
    influencer marketing initiatives
    — identify, onboard, and collaborate with relevant influencers to boost brand reach and engagement.
  • Optimize for
    AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
    and
    GEO (Geo-targeted marketing)
    to improve visibility and relevance across local and conversational search platforms.
  • Collaborate with design, product, and growth teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Leverage
    AI marketing tools
    (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper,

    , HubSpot AI, Notion AI, etc.) for content creation, campaign optimization, and audience segmentation.
  • Use
    marketing analytics and automation tools
    such as
    Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
    ,
    Google Tag Manager (GTM)
    ,
    Google Search Console (GSC)

    HubSpot
    ,
    Meta Ads Manager

    LinkedIn Campaign Manager
    to track and optimize performance.
  • Implement A/B testing and conversion tracking strategies to improve campaign ROI.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Generate performance reports and actionable insights for leadership.
  • Manage and optimize CRM and marketing automation workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing role (preferably in a B2B or tech environment).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, influencer outreach, and performance analytics.
  • Proficiency in:

  • Analytics & tracking:
