Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer based in Bengaluru. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include audience targeting, performance analysis, budget management, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and continuously improving campaign performance to achieve measurable business growth.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Digital Advertising strategies, including Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns, paid search, and paid social media.
  • Proficiency in Analytics and Performance Tracking tools like Google Analytics and campaign reporting techniques.
  • Strong skills in SEO/SEM strategies, keyword research, and optimizing ad creatives.
  • Knowledge of A/B Testing, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and Retargeting techniques.
  • Experience with Growth Marketing strategies and a strong understanding of target audience segmentation.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively in teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in fast-growing startups or tech companies is a plus.
