Duties and Responsibilities

1.

- Responsible for entire back end process of business, New initiative drive, day to day process related issues resolutions, New enhancements and Projects2.
- Engage with internal stakeholders like Risk, Marketing, Finance, COE & IT for smooth functioning of business 3.
- Design and execute promotion schemes with manufacturer/sales team 4.
- Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure all requirements of sales are timely addressed.

- Responsible for communications in terms of reports & analysis

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Post Graduate in Management from a good institute2.
- 2.
- " 3 years of experience with at least 2 years in a similar role3.
- Capable of interacting with Teams and field members 4.
- Should be capable of understanding field issues and convert them into actionable and improvements5.
- Should have excellent communication & analytical skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills6.
- Should be an excellent Team Player & Interpersonal Skills7.
- High motivational levels and being a self-starter are essentials
