Salesforce B2B Ecommerce Cloud Architect / CloudCraze Architect

Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Contract

Experience: 6–14 years in CRM, with 5+ years on Salesforce B2B Commerce


Role Overview

As a Salesforce B2B Ecommerce Architect, you will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable B2B Commerce solutions using Salesforce B2B Commerce (CloudCraze and Lightning). You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital commerce experiences tailored to complex business models.


Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement end-to-end Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions (Classic/CloudCraze and Lightning)
  • Design and configure Experience Sites using Aura and Lightning Web Runtime (LWR)
  • Lead technical design sessions and document scalable architecture
  • Provide code-level guidance and enforce best practices across development teams
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems (ERP, OMS, CPQ, Marketing Automation)
  • Define technical standards and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Support data migration, API integrations, and performance optimization
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend platform enhancements


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Deep expertise in Salesforce B2B Commerce (CloudCraze and Lightning)
  • Strong command of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and LWR
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, AppExchange, APEX triggers)
  • Solid understanding of SOA, data modeling, and scalable architecture
  • Familiarity with Salesforce OMS, Connect APIs, and Einstein capabilities
  • Hands-on experience with large data volumes and performance tuning
  • Salesforce certifications: B2B Commerce, Platform Developer I/II, Technical Architect (preferred)
