Job Description

The Senior Data Processing Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality data operations support and ensuring accurate reporting in line with service levels. A key part of this role is leveraging Russian language knowledge to read, interpret, and validate product information, ensuring accurate categorization and data processing. While this is not a client-facing language role, the ability to understand Russian product details is critical.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality data on time, aligned with agreed service levels and requirements.
  • Process defined reports, schedules, and tasks by following procedures, delivery timelines, and SLAs.
  • Act as the client's advocate within NOC by sharing feedback on client needs and suggesting process improvements.
  • Understand upstream and downstream processes to ensure clean data delivery and reduce rework across teams.
  • Provide support in reviewing or translating Russian product descriptions, ensuring correct categorization and data accuracy.

Expectations

  • Basic knowledge of Russian language (ability to read and interpret product details).
  • Clear understanding of FMCG products and industry.
  • Strong communication skills for seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 1–1.5 years or more experience in operations.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to work in teams, and meet deadlines.
  • High degree of accuracy, proactivity, and attention to detail.
  • Good analytical skills and aptitude for data/operational processes.
  • Project management aptitude (task sequencing, problem solving, critical path awareness).
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
