Senior Data Processing Specialist – Russian Language

The Senior Data Processing Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality data operations support and ensuring accurate reporting in line with service levels. A key part of this role is leveraging Russian language knowledge to read, interpret, and validate product information, ensuring accurate categorization and data processing. While this is not a client-facing language role, the ability to understand Russian product details is critical.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality data on time, aligned with agreed service levels and requirements.
Process defined reports, schedules, and tasks by following procedures, delivery timelines, and SLAs.
Act as the client's advocate within NOC by sharing feedback on client needs and suggesting process improvements.
Understand upstream and downstream processes to ensure clean data delivery and reduce rework across teams.
Provide support in reviewing or translating Russian product descriptions, ensuring correct categorization and data accuracy.
Expectations
Basic knowledge of Russian language (ability to read and interpret product details).
Clear understanding of FMCG products and industry.
Strong communication skills for seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders.
1–1.5 years or more experience in operations.
Strong organizational skills, ability to work in teams, and meet deadlines.
High degree of accuracy, proactivity, and attention to detail.
Good analytical skills and aptitude for data/operational processes.
Project management aptitude (task sequencing, problem solving, critical path awareness).
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
