We are looking for a dynamic and creative professional to join our team as a Marketing & Strategy Analyst. The role will focus on strengthening the companys marketing presence, preparing impactful presentations for business development and finance, managing the companys website, and supporting strategic decision-making through competitive benchmarking and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing & Branding
  • Develop and design presentations, brochures, and other marketing material for client meetings, investor decks, and business development pitches.
  • Work closely with leadership to create impactful corporate communication and branding strategies.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives, campaigns, and online visibility.
  • Website & Digital Presence
  • Manage and regularly update the company website to ensure accuracy, relevance, and engagement.
  • Enhance user experience by keeping content fresh and aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with designers/IT for creative updates and optimization.
  • Financial & Business Presentations
  • Prepare impactful financial presentations, reports, and dashboards for management, investors, and business development purposes.
  • Translate financial data into clear, compelling insights for decision-making and stakeholder communication.
  • Support leadership with data-driven presentations during client and investor meetings.
  • Research & Analysis
  • Conduct peer analysis, market research, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Provide insights to management on industry trends and opportunities.

Support strategy team with inputs for new business initiatives and growth planning.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience in Marketing, Corporate Strategy, Business Development, or Corporate Finance.
  • Strong presentation design and storytelling skills (PowerPoint/Canva/other tools).
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Good understanding of financial concepts and ability to translate numbers into meaningful insights.
  • Website management exposure (WordPress, CMS, or coordination with developers).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and digital marketing tools (preferred).
