Position Overview

is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Marketing / Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and scale our entire global marketing function. This role will be based in our India office, working closely with both the U.S. leadership team and India operations to build a world-class marketing engine.

The ideal candidate is a visionary marketing leader capable of driving brand growth, performance marketing, product positioning, and data-backed strategy—while also empowering a dynamic team across SEO, SMM, digital campaigns, and brand management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Leadership

  2. Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with 's global vision.

  3. Lead brand-building initiatives across U.S., India, and international markets.
  4. Identify long-term growth opportunities, partnerships, and performance channels.

  5. Digital & Performance Marketing

  6. Lead ROI-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, programmatic ads, and new-age platforms.

  7. Oversee marketing analytics, reporting, attribution modeling, and KPI benchmarks.
  8. Optimize conversion funnels, CAC, retention, and LTV through structured experimentation.

  9. SEO, SMM, and Content Strategy

  10. Direct SEO, content architecture, and organic acquisition plans.

  11. Build and guide the social media strategy across all platforms.
  12. Oversee storytelling, brand voice, messaging frameworks, and multi-channel content.

  13. Product & Customer Experience Collaboration

  14. Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams.

  15. Drive data-backed insights into customer behaviour and product improvement.
  16. Influence UI/UX decisions to enhance customer lifecycle touchpoints.

  17. Team Leadership & Development

  18. Build, mentor, and manage internal teams including:

  19. SEO specialists
  20. SMM team
  21. Performance marketers
  22. Content strategists
  23. Designers & creatives
  24. Introduce strong marketing processes, SOPs, and performance evaluation frameworks.

  25. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

  26. Conduct competitive benchmarking and category analysis.

  27. Track emerging marketing technologies, AI tools, and industry best practices.
  28. Lead pricing analysis, segmentation, and go-to-market strategies for new offerings.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles.
  • Proven experience scaling marketing teams and leading multi-disciplinary departments.
  • Strong command of digital marketing, analytics, brand management, and performance channels.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based companies (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience in startup or high-growth environments is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
