Job Title: PMO Lead / Senior PMO Analyst

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced PMO professional with 8+ years of expertise to drive governance, reporting, and delivery excellence across projects and programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, portfolio management, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish, implement, and maintain PMO frameworks, governance, and processes to ensure consistent delivery across projects.

• Monitor and track project and program performance, providing accurate dashboards, reports, and KPIs to senior leadership.

• Define and enforce standards, templates, and best practices for project execution.

• Manage the portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and resource optimization.

• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues across projects.

• Support project managers with tools, guidance, and coaching to ensure delivery quality.

• Lead budget management, financial tracking, and forecasting for projects/programs.

• Partner with business stakeholders and senior leadership for status reporting and decision-making support.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO to enhance delivery efficiency.

• Support change management and communications for large-scale transformation programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Project/Program Management and PMO functions.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

• Proven experience in governance, portfolio management, and reporting.

• Advanced skills in MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, or similar tools.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivery excellence.

• Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and financial tracking.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe certification preferred.

• Exposure to large-scale transformation programs is a plus.
