ole & Responsibilities

  • Support the Risk & Control SME in managing multiple implementation projects under the PMO function.
  • Oversee the administrative and governance aspects of projects, including documentation, reporting, and compliance.
  • Manage project communications, including executive updates, stakeholder coordination, and meeting minutes.
  • Track project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies; ensure timely reporting and escalation where required.
  • Coordinate scheduling, task allocation, and resource management across project teams.
  • Maintain and update project dashboards, trackers, and reports for leadership review.
  • Supervise junior consultants and support staff, providing direction and quality assurance on deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational PMO standards and risk frameworks.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 610 years of experience in PMO, Risk & Control, or Project Governance roles.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall) and governance processes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Hands-on experience in project tracking tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent).
  • Ability to prepare executive-level presentations and reports.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and mentor junior team members.
