Our client is a start up in FMCG retail sector in Durgapur West Bengal with its presence in cities and town like Kolkata,Durgapur,Asansol,Andal/UKHRA/Raniganj/Rani Sayer/Dohmani/Pandabesvar/Kajora, Barakar / Chittaranjan, Bankaura/Purulia and as the client is growing and has bigger expansion business plans, they immediately need to hire 5 Marketing executives that will manage the above locations to sell company products. Client was established in 2022 and having its registered office in Durgapur, West Bengal. Products are mainly daily used snacks and other domestic retail items

The role of a Marketing Executive 1 - Sales is challenging and the person is responsible for engaging in all areas of end-to-end sales cycle by playing a key role in understanding of client businesses, matching clients expectations and business requirements and establishing strong brand in the market.

Job Description

Responsible for driving business to business from local to retailer and distributors

  • Build brand and drive sales via direct reach to dealers and Retailers
  • Build a strong relationship with the regional franchises.
  • Acquire sales, achievement of targets, and achievement of organization goal.
  • Monitor of orders.
  • Responsible of complete sales cycle.
  • Develop a keen understanding of regional business players they reach to customers products & how they can help in achieving the clients' goals.
  • Execute marketing and brand building strategies
  • Monitor end-to-end operations to ensure maximum sales and efficiency
  • Competition mapping, keeping a close eye on competition activity in the local FMCG and retail markets
  • Build relationships with existing clients, accruing new clients, looking for always new opportunities in fulfilling the goal of organization.

Required Qualification:

  • Deep expertise in Sales, Marketing, Branding, FMCG industry.
  • Must have a Bachelor degree/ under graduates can also apply
  • Prior Sales experience is mandatory
  • FMCG and Retail experience is required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving approach
  • Should be open for traveling and must have his own 2 wheeler

Job Location: Kolkata

Work timing: 10 am – 7 pm day shift

Salary: Rs 30,000 per month.

Break up : Fixed salary Rs incentive Rs 9000 +TA 6000 = Rs Bonus 12000 = Rs 30000 per month. mandatory collection quota is Rs 16 lacs every month.

Rest salary break up and sales commission will be again discussed with BDM once selected for final hiring.
