  • Key duties include greeting customers, assisting shoppers, managing inventory, maintaining displays, processing transactions, and learning sales techniques to help achieve team sales targets. Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Greeting customers, answering product-related questions, and helping them find desired products.
  • Sales Support: Assisting senior sales staff with administrative tasks, preparing sales documentation, and helping to achieve sales targets.
  • Product & Store Management: Unpacking new stock, restocking shelves, arranging product displays, and keeping the store clean and organized.
  • Sales Operations: Processing customer payments, handling refunds, and managing inventory levels.
  • Learning & Development: Attending training sessions, learning sales principles and techniques, and receiving feedback from experienced mentors.
  • Qualifications & Skills
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive, eager-to-learn attitude are essential for interacting with customers and the sales team.
  • Organizational Skills: The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail helps manage the various responsibilities of the role.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency, particularly with MS Office, and potentially with CRM software, is often required.
  • Aptitude: A foundational understanding of sales principles and a genuine interest in building a career in sales are important for success in this apprenticeship.
