Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Growth Officer located in Bihar. The Growth Officer will lead efforts in market research, business development, and sales to identify new opportunities, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities include supporting project management initiatives, gathering and analyzing market data, formulating strategic plans, and collaborating cross-functionally within the organization to achieve growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and relationship building to connect effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Experience in Sales and Business Development to drive revenue growth and identify new business opportunities
  • Proficiency in Project Management and Market Research to deliver results-oriented strategies and insights
  • Strong analytical abilities and ability to interpret data to inform business decisions
  • Proactive mindset, goal-oriented approach, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an advantage
