About Role:

This role will be responsible to lead and execute key strategic initiatives and sales transformation projects. Role holder will work closely with leadership team and also with all branch sales teams.

The role reports to Head of Onsite Sales and will drive high impact programs that enhance sales effectiveness, process, efficiency, and business growth.

Job responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end execution of strategic and transformation projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to identify sales trends, process bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and implement frameworks for sales effectiveness, performance tracking, and capability building.
  • Support change management initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports for leadership reviews and project updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Branches etc) to ensure smooth execution of Monthly Plans.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across various departments to foster collaboration and create synergies.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales strategy, business consulting, or project management roles.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive projects independently.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
