Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing initial customer interactions, nurturing leads, and ensuring smooth handover to the sales team. The role involves understanding customer requirements, presenting project details effectively, and building a strong pipeline of qualified prospects for the company's residential/commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and digital enquiries from prospective buyers.
- Engage with leads generated through marketing campaigns, property portals, events, and referrals.
- Connect with Brokers / CP's
- Lead Calling for our in-city Events
- Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, and buying intent.
- Provide detailed information about company projects, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and USPs.
- Maintain follow-up communication with prospects to keep them warm and engaged.
- Schedule & Conduct site visits.
- Update and maintain CRM systems / Excel Sheet with accurate lead status and customer details.
- Expo & Events Participation
- Coordinate with Sales Manager to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
