We are looking for a
Lead / Principal, RGM Customer Success
to lead the successful delivery and adoption of 's RGM solutions. These solutions span
Pricing & Pack Architecture (PPA)
,
Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO)
,
Price/Volume/Mix analysis
, and
Trade Terms Management
.

The role involves acting as a
trusted advisor
to clients, driving best-in-class RGM execution, providing functional thought leadership, and partnering cross-functionally to shape the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead
    end-to-end client delivery
    for 's RGM solutions.
  • Partner with
    CPG and Retail clients
    to define, design, and implement best-in-class RGM strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with
    Product, Data Science, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing
    teams to ensure alignment on client needs and solution delivery.
  • Drive
    Delivery
    and User Adoption
    across client engagements.

What We are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience
    in RGM, Customer Success, or Consulting within the
    CPG or Retail industry
    .
  • Functional expertise / experience in
    Pricing, Trade Promotions, Pack Architecture, or Commercial Analytics
    .
  • Proven experience
    leading client delivery
    for
    SaaS-based analytics
    or
    AI-driven solutions
    or
    Analytics Engagement
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence
    senior stakeholders (VP/C-level)
    and lead strategic discussions.
  • Strong
    analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven
    decision-making skills.
  • Ability to
    translate client needs
    into actionable product development inputs and influence roadmap priorities
