Purpose of the Job

Lead the Technical Services (TS) team in line with ABIs Ten Principles and VPO Ways of Working, ensuring world-class service efficiency, quality, and reliability in energy and fluid supply, equipment and facility maintenance, and timely project completion — aiming to make AB InBev's TS team the best in the industry.

Business Environment & KPIs

  • Business Goals: Meet VILC ZBB, achieve VPO ZEPP targets, maintain quality KPIs, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Main KPIs: Energy & water consumption, heat loss, production cost performance, fixed asset utilization, safety metrics, environmental compliance, food safety, and VPO excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety and environmental laws, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement.
  2. Quality & Food Safety: Address nonconformities, prevent quality incidents, and maintain HACCP standards.
  3. Operational Excellence: Lead 5S, MCRS, PDCA, and root-cause analysis to achieve KPIs.
  4. People Management: Develop training plans, manage performance, succession planning, and talent development.
  5. Maintenance & Projects: Optimize maintenance costs, ensure timely service delivery, and manage fixed asset projects per SLA/RACI.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Apply VPO tools to control KPIs, challenge targets, and enhance performance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.

  • Experience:

  • 2+ years in energy flow management, equipment maintenance, or capital project management.

  • 1+ year if management trainee experience.

  • Technical Knowledge:

  • VPO pillars (management, quality, safety, inventory, maintenance).

  • ABI culture, performance management, HACCP, environmental regulations.

  • Professional Skills:

  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making.

  • High responsibility, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Team building, negotiation, and continuous learning.
  • Proficiency in at least one foreign language.
