Position Title : Senior Technical Engineer/ Dy. Manager- Sales And Marketing

Type : Individual Contributor

Reporting to : Manager - Marketing

Location : Mysuru

Job Role Summary

Engineer / Sr. Engineer - Marketing is responsible for sales in a designated domestic territory.

The role focuses on enquiry generation, order booking, and achieving targets for bookings and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and enquiries from existing and new clientele.
  • Prepare tailor-made proposals capturing technical and commercial details aligned with customer expectations.
  • Develop budgets and management reports.
  • Create tailor-made marketing presentations to meet specific customer needs.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans in consultation with the Manager - Marketing.
  • Prepare tour reports and monthly reports.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a database of client interactions to enhance follow-up efficiency.
  • Leverage social media platforms to promote the brand and engage with clients.

Qualifications

  • BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Candidate Must Have: Proven experience handling end-customers for Engineered-To-Order products, preferably rotary equipment (e.g., gears, pumps, compressors, generators, couplings, turbines).
