Role Overview

Were seeking a passionate and versatile Senior Software Engineer to join our Interop team. Youll work with cutting-edge cloud technologies to build high-performance data solutions that meet US healthcare security standards. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Delivery, Customer Success, and Sales teams to solve real-world challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement secure, scalable cloud solutions using AWS, Azure, and Databricks.
  • Build robust data pipelines and API ecosystems around FHIR data stores (e.g., AWS HealthLake, Firely).
  • Develop in Python, PySpark, and SQL to meet client and internal requirements.
  • Deploy code using CI/CD frameworks and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Optimize performance and cost of data workflows.
  • Lead technical excellence, mentor team members, and drive innovation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and implement technical investments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of commercial software development experience.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • 2+ years working with FHIR standards and databases.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with a passion for emerging technologies.
