About the role

The purpose of this role is to improve customer response time and resolution time,  accomplish first-time-fix and accomplish customer satisfaction

Role Responsibilities:

  • Should be able to handle chillers including scroll, screw and centrifugal chillers.

  • Should be able to troubleshoot and address problems in chillers

  • Should have knowledge of low side, electrical systema and VFDs

Minimum Requirements:

  • Should have a diploma in relevant stream

  • Should have hands-on experience on chillers

  • Should have 5-7 years of experience
