We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as BPO Customer Service Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through voice and/or blended channels (voice and non-voice). You will assist our customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Voice Process

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and provide clear, accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Manage customer expectations by delivering excellent service and follow-up on unresolved queries.

Blended Process

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels as required.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy while interacting with customers.
  • Document customer interactions and ensure accurate records are maintained.

Performance Metrics

Meet or exceed performance metrics such as Average Handling Time (AHT), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and First Call Resolution (FCR).

Education

Graduate/Undergraduate Fresher and Experience

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in a BPO environment, is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
