Business Title: Senior Executive-Continous Improvement

Reporting to: Plant Head

Role Purpose Statement:

Over all responsible for driving continous improvement projects along with operational excellence initiatives of Rajpura unit analytical support for plant operations, trials, and maintains a safe, well-equipped laboratory environment.

Main Accountabilities:

 Create and execute the site BPS Journey to Excellence Masterplan, including needs of the future (3 Year's Vision).

 Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts including kaizen,5S, Lean, value stream mapping

 Responsible for leading and developing the systems such as Loss Analysis, Visual Factory and deliver big scale savings projects for Yield, Scrap and Fit to Grow Projects.

 Develop, deploy and own standards and training materials for various Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Systems such as Daily Direction Setting, Loss Analysis, Pillar activities and Employee Leading & Engagement.

 Ability to set-up, facilitate and lead service improvement/'WorkOut' sessions with a range of business stakeholders (incl. Experience of process/value stream mapping)

 A 'completer-finisher' taking accountability for ideas from inception to delivery, in an environment that requires robust metrics to confirm success

Knowledge and Skills:


• Knowledge of Auditing Skills - Being auditor and being auditee


• Root cause Analysis to find out the lose identification and break down


• Excellent drafting skill to share the plant report across the global


• Knowledge of BMOS


• Proficient in the use of MS Office with added Presentation and Interpersonal Skills


• Action oriented, committed & enthusiasm towards accomplishing improvement


• Agile & ability to simplify complex problem into simple concise milestone.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally


• Strong analytical, project and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements

• B.Tech / M. Tech, CI Certified, ISO Certified & Food Safety Certified
