Inside Sales Executive(Hindi)

Location: Padivattom, Ernakulam

Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month

Qualifications: Any DegreeExcellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support and sales assistance in both Hindi and English.
  • Handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and needs.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to identify potential issues and resolve them promptly..

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt to unique customer interactions.
  • Previous experience in customer relations is a plus, but not mandatory. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Proactive and smart individuals who can contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere.
