ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in managing paid campaigns across Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn targeting diverse geographies including India, the US, UK, and Singapore. This exciting opportunity to strategize and execute multi-channel campaigns for our global Products & Services, driving measurable ROI and growth.

Prior Experience: Min 5 years of experience in paid media.

Location: Kolkata

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategize & Execute Paid Campaigns: Plan and manage high-impact.campaigns on Instagram Ads, Google AdWords, and Linkedin Ads Google Develop audience targeting strategies for B2B and B2C segments across different countries.
  • Budget Ownership Handle monthly and quarterly budgets for India and international regions (US/UK/Singapore) Optimise Perseid and allocation to maximise conversions and minimise CPA
  • Performance Analytics Track, measure, and report campaign performance Use data insights to refine messaging, creatives, and bidding strategies
  • Collaboration Work closely with content, creative, and technology terms to build landing pages, ad assets, and lead nurturing workflows Present performance reviews and recommendation to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Innovation Stay on top of platform updates and emerging trends in digital advertising, Experiment with A/B tests, re-marketing strategies, and audience segmentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong understanding of campaign management for multiple geographies, including cultural nuances and market dynamics
  • Experience in managing budgets of varying scales (small to enterprise-level)
  • Deep familiarity with conversion tracking, attribution models, and analytic tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
