Job Title: Back Office & Admin Executive
Location: Delhi, Bhubaneswar
Job Brief:
Our esteemed client is seeking a smart, dedicated, and proactive female candidate to efficiently manage back-office operations, administrative duties, and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to handle day-to-day follow-ups independently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage back-office documentation and records.
- Oversee daily administrative functions and office coordination.
- Prepare detailed reports and maintain data accuracy using MS Excel.
- Follow up with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide support to management with routine office tasks and activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups independently with minimal supervision.
