- Manage PNR creation, modification, and cancellation processes.
- Ensure accurate processing of airline tickets using IATA standards.

- Verifying penality for changes/cancel
- Que clearance
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-3 years of experience in back office ticketing operations or related field.
- Proficiency in Amadeus GDS system is mandatory; knowledge of other GDS systems an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of airfare rules, regulations, and industry standards for international travel bookings.
Office Timings
01:00 PM to 10:00 PM Monday to saturday
