**To issue tickets, making PNR, handling client over the phone**

**Communication skills are must.**

**Must have knowledge of Galileo/ Amadeus (prefer Galileo knowledge)**

**Must know how to do Issue, Reissue, Cancel Tickets.**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- **Knowledge of Domestic/International Ticketing according** **needs of different clients**:

- **Resolving client’s complaint and escalations whenever required.**:

- **Supervise** **the work of office, administrative and customer service employees** **to ensure adherence to** **quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems.**:

- **Issuing tickets and other relevant documents**:

- **Interacting with the airline regarding refund and cancellation policies**:

- **Maintaining** **daily productivity report of agents.**:

- **Handling customer service calls regarding Reservation,flight information and Marketing schemes**

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

Minimum 6 Months Experience required in same field.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 to ₹300,000.00 /year
